We have offices in Gdynia and Starogard Gdański, and we also offer remote work throughout Poland. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and have a real impact on their professional development.
Freight Forwarder
Your Responsibilities:
- Establishing and developing long-term partnerships with clients and subcontractors
- Actively seeking clients and building your own contact database
- Comprehensive execution of forwarding orders with a high level of attention to timeliness
- Customer service in the organization of cargo transportation
- Preparing offers and negotiating terms of cooperation
- Ensuring a positive company image
- Administrative support related to completed orders
Our Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a forwarder or forwarder’s assistant
- Ability to organize own work and teamwork
- Knowledge of forwarding and transport systems
- Conversational English
- Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Resistance to stress and the ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to think logically and analytically
