Due to the dynamic growth of Veris Logistics, we are looking to hire a Contract Fleet Forwarder.
We have offices in Gdynia and Starogard Gdański, and we also offer remote work options across Poland. We are seeking individuals who want to grow with us and have a real impact on their professional development.
Contract Fleet Forwarder
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring new carriers for cooperation
- Building and developing long-term relationships with carriers
- Verifying contractors (transport licenses, OCP, KRS/CEIDG)
- Negotiating freight rates and terms of cooperation
- Coordinating and managing contract fleet transport
- Monitoring transport execution and maintaining ongoing contact with drivers
- Responding to emergency situations during transport
- Verifying transport documents after order completion (CMR, waybills)
Our Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in forwarding, transport, or carrier services
- Ability to negotiate and build business relationships
- Strong organizational skills and stress resistance
- Knowledge of freight exchanges (e.g., Trans.eu, Timocom, etransport.pl)
- Communicative English
- Independence, responsibility, and commitment
